Terms & Conditions Voucher Validity: This voucher is valid for redemption at any 2025 Tour and Tasting event. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable. Booking Requirements: Advance booking is required to redeem this voucher. Bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team. Picnic Add-ons: If adding a picnic to your tour, redemption must be completed at least 3 days prior to the event to ensure food preparation. If a picnic has been ordered and the event is canceled or rescheduled by the guest, the picnic portion of the voucher will be void and non-refundable. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the booked event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the voucher. Event Availability: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will accommodate a new booking date. Age Restrictions: Participants must meet the minimum age requirement for alcohol tasting (as per local law). Valid ID may be required upon arrival.
