Dedham Vale Bacchus is a prize winning crisp dry white wine of good length and depth, with flavours of lemon and elderflower on the palate. It is made from the Bacchus grape which in turn was derived from Riesling & Silvaner grapes. It is particularly suited to the cooler latitudes where it ripens slowly and gently during late summer and early autumn. This grape produces most of the finest English white wine. It is star bright in the glass with intense citrus aromas and the dry refreshing taste is of lemon and elderflower. A premium wine to be enjoyed with fish, chicken or summer salads or just because it is 'Wine O’clock'.
