Dedham Vale Vineyard is set in 40 acres of vines, woods and pasture on the edge of the Dedham Vale AONB.

Sample the wines and wander through the vines as you enjoy this glorious part of North Essex.  The vineyard is on the Essex Way with lovely walks through the surrounding countryside and quiet country lanes and villages of Constable Country.

Vineyard Tours & Tastings

The vineyard is open to explore all year round with free entry to the vineyard and shop.

Drop-in and follow our self-guided trail through the vines followed by a tasting in our shop or Tasting Barn.  Our self-guided tour provides you with a basic introduction to the English vineyard and the opportunity to taste a range of the Dedham Vale wines.

For those who wish to discover more, we offer guided tours and tastings from March to November.

Grand Tours - £25pp

A guided tour and wine tasting followed by a delicious lunch in the Tasting Barn.  Led by a member of the DV team, Grand Tours are a fantastic way to discover the wine story from the vine to the glass.

Your wine guide will take you through the vines and winery as you discover the process of turning grapes on the vine to wine in the glass.  Following the tour, sit down and enjoy a tutored tasting of wines from our vineyard before a delicious lunch.

Grand Tours are available on selected days from March to November and must be booked in advance.
