At weekends the estate will be yours to enjoy undisturbed by day to day operations. The Dedham Vale AONB is moments away from your location and Constable Country is sure to captivate. Talbooth riverside restaurant and the Angel Inn are a mere 10 mins drive from this fabulous location.

The space

Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, study area and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom two has a double sized bed and access to a shared shower room and toiler across the from the open plan kitchen dinner.

Guest access

Guests are free to roam across the 40 acre site as they wish. Please bear in mind that on some weekdays staff will be running the vineyard and maintaining the estate. The vineyard is not open to the general public anymore (all orders are taken online) but deliveries to the business will take place, companies will attend to maintain farm vehicles and the beekeeper does also attend from time to time. Things are very quiet on weekends and for the most part you will have the 40 acres to yourselves.

Other things to note

Please be aware that this location is an operational vineyard. 2/3 Employees are on location during most weekdays. They will be working in the Vines and on maintaining the estate. Delivery vans occasionally arrive to collect online orders of wine. On weekends it is very quiet and no staff come to the Vineyard.
