GRAPE HARVEST

2019

Interested in supporting us?

We are planning our 2019 harvest and would love your support. If you have any interest in working on a vineyard for a day or two harvesting the grapes then now is your chance.

We are still monitoring sugar levels and acidity of the grapes so we are not exactly sure when harvest will be, but if you would like to help then please register interest in the form below. Once we have a better idea of the date we will get in touch to book you in.

The day is not paid, but instead is run as more of an education, into the harvesting process, and as a thank you, for your support there will likely be some wine in it for your too.

Right now we are just looking to gauge interest. Please let us know if it's something you might be able to support us with! (Some iPads have a little trouble with this type of form, please try another device if you don't get a submission message.

I am available to help on these dates (this is to allow us flexibility in the harvest time, you will not be asked to help on all days):

I'm interested in coming but can I just turn up?

We would like to cater for you free of charge but to do so we need to know that your coming and to get any dietary requirements from you. We also need to ensure we have enough people to harvest the grapes and enough equipment to go around, so confirming your attendance prior is a must.

I don't know much about vines, is this a problem?

Everything you need to know we can teach you on the day. We need you on time and enthusiastic to learn. The rest we can show you.

If I do come will I need to bring any equipment?

Other than sensible footwear, warm enough clothing, and something to keep you dry in case it rains, no. Pruners and buckets etc will be provided by the vineyard.

Can I bring my children?

Unlike other family events that we have on the vineyard, this is more of an educational and volunteer workday. As such we won't allow children on the site.
